These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 1111bta ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the 1111bta website located at https://1111bta.net, its associated mobile platform, and all services offered therein including casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, crash games, and any other gaming or wagering product made available by 1111bta from time to time.

By registering an account on the 1111bta platform, logging in to an existing account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any feature of the platform, you conclusively confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be fully bound by them. These Terms apply alongside any other policies published on this site, including the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any bonus-specific terms communicated at the time of a promotional offer.

1111bta reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. These Terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict between an English-language version of these Terms and any translated or summarised version, the English-language version shall take precedence in all cases. To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on 1111bta, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains active:

• Single Account: You must not already hold an active or suspended account with 1111bta. Each individual is permitted one account only. Registering multiple accounts is a material breach of these Terms.
• Self-Exclusion: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, either voluntarily imposed through the 1111bta platform or imposed by any responsible gambling organisation. If you are aware that you have previously self-excluded, you must not attempt to register a new account.
• Accurate Information: You must provide truthful, complete, and accurate personal information at the time of registration and must promptly update that information if any of it changes.

1111bta reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time and to suspend or permanently close an account where eligibility criteria are not satisfied. Any funds associated with an ineligible account — including deposits, winnings, and bonus balances — may be forfeited where fraudulent misrepresentation of eligibility is established.

To access the full range of 1111bta services — including deposits, withdrawals, casino games, and sports betting markets — you must register an account. Account registration is free of charge. To register, you will be asked to provide a valid mobile number linked to your Bangladeshi mobile carrier (Grameenphone, Robi, Banglalink, or Teletalk), a username, and a strong password. • Accurate Details: All information provided during registration must be accurate, truthful, and current. Providing false details — including a false name, date of birth, or mobile number — is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your password with any other person. 1111bta will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify us immediately at [email protected].
• Two-Factor Authentication: 1111bta strongly recommends enabling SMS OTP two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. 2FA adds a critical second layer of security and helps protect your account even if your password is compromised.
• KYC Verification: Prior to processing any withdrawal, and at any other time at our reasonable discretion, 1111bta may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification process. This typically involves submitting a clear photograph or scan of your National ID Card (NID) and may include a selfie verification. KYC is a standard industry practice designed to protect players against fraud and unauthorised withdrawals.
• One Account Per Person: Each natural person is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on 1111bta. If duplicate accounts are detected, all associated accounts may be suspended and balances may be forfeited pending investigation.

All financial transactions on the 1111bta platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). • Bonus Wagering Requirements: Funds derived from bonus promotions may be subject to wagering requirements before they are eligible for withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before satisfying applicable wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of the bonus portion of the balance.

All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered.

Players found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have their accounts suspended, their bonuses revoked, and any related winnings forfeited.
• Maximum Bonus Conversion: Certain promotions impose a cap on the maximum amount that can be converted from bonus funds into withdrawable cash. This cap, where applicable, will be stated in the promotion's specific terms.
• Amendments and Withdrawal of Offers: 1111bta reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. By using the 1111bta platform, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with the following obligations at all times. • Lawful Use Only: You agree to use the 1111bta platform solely for personal entertainment purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws. Evidence of collusion will result in immediate permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

• No Exploitation of Errors: If you become aware of any technical error, system malfunction, or software bug that may allow wagering or withdrawals in an unintended manner, you are obligated to stop playing and report the issue immediately to [email protected]. Any funds accumulated through the exploitation of a technical error will not be honoured and will be reversed.
• Respectful Conduct: You must conduct yourself respectfully in all interactions with 1111bta staff via live chat, email, or any other communication channel. Abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour directed toward support personnel will result in account suspension.
• Personal Responsibility for Gambling: Gambling involves financial risk. 1111bta reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its discretion, including without prior notice, in circumstances where it has reasonable grounds to believe that these Terms have been violated, or where continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform, the security of other players, or the financial soundness of the company.

• Grounds for Immediate Suspension: Providing false registration information; attempting to register or operate multiple accounts; evidence of bonus abuse or collusion; suspected money laundering or fraudulent activity; use of prohibited automated software; abusive conduct toward staff; failure to complete KYC verification within a required timeframe.
• Voluntary Account Closure: You may request to close your own account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (excluding any bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings that have not yet met wagering requirements) will be paid out to your registered payment method following standard KYC verification.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling for responsible gaming reasons may apply for a voluntary self-exclusion period of 6 months, 1 year, 2 years, or permanent exclusion. • Balance After Forced Closure: Where an account is closed by 1111bta due to a breach of these Terms, the Company reserves the right to withhold any balance — including real-money deposits and winnings — pending investigation. Where fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity is established, the withheld balance may be permanently forfeited and reported to relevant authorities.
• Dormant Accounts: An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months will be classified as dormant. 1111bta reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant accounts, as disclosed in the account dashboard, until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated by the player.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 1111bta, its directors, employees, agents, software providers, and affiliated companies shall not be liable to you for any loss or damage of any kind arising out of or in connection with your use of the 1111bta platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses incurred through gambling activity on the platform, including losses resulting from game outcomes, sports bet settlements, or in-play betting decisions;
• Loss of data, loss of profits, or any other indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, even if 1111bta has been advised of the possibility of such damages;
• Platform downtime, service interruptions, technical failures, or connectivity issues beyond 1111bta's reasonable control, including outages affecting bKash, Nagad, or Bangladeshi banking infrastructure;
• Unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to maintain password confidentiality or your failure to enable available security features such as two-factor authentication;
• Actions taken by third-party game software providers, including but not limited to Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi, in respect of game malfunctions, RNG outcomes, or RTP performance;
• Delays in payment processing attributable to third-party payment service providers, banking system outages, or regulatory holds.

Where liability cannot be fully excluded by law, 1111bta's total aggregate liability to you for any single claim or series of related claims arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or restrict any liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or liability for fraudulent misrepresentation by 1111bta.
